About the processing of data when using Fudbot
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure that users, as data subjects, are properly informed about the data processing processes in connection with the operation of the application (hereinafter referred to as the App) that can be used on their mobile phone or other electronic mobile device of Fudbot, and to inform them about the details of the processing activities carried out by Malacka Bt. as the data controller with regard to their use. By presenting this information, Malacka Bt. fulfils the data controller's obligation to inform the data subject pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

In order to ensure the proper operation of the App, the Company shall carry out joint processing of personal data with the following data controller as the company operating Facebook Messenger:

Information on the terms and conditions of use of the App
The App is a proprietary product of the Data Controller and is operated exclusively by the Data Controller. The purpose of the App is to simplify and make more efficient the communication between the service staff of catering establishments providing dining facilities and the guests, thereby speeding up the service and improving the service experience.
The use of the App is free of charge / for a fee, but is only possible if the user understands and accepts the present Privacy Policy of the Company, which he/she can do when opening the App. Our Company pays particular attention to compliance with data protection legislation, and in the event of failure to do so, we will not be able to accept any user's intentions.
An additional condition for using the App is the installation and active operation of the Facebook Messenger application on the user's device, given that Facebook Messenger provides the technical background for the display and full functionality of the App.
The Company does not make the available data collected from the user as a data subject during the operation of the App available to the company operating Facebook Messenger, and the company operating Facebook Messenger does not become the data controller with regard to the data provided during the operation of the App, as it only performs data processing in relation to the operation of Facebook Messenger.
The Company and Facebook Messenger therefore only jointly process personal data available in relation to Facebook Messenger. In view of their status as data controllers, the joint processing is subject to the companies' own data processing rules and each controller is responsible for its own processing activities in the joint processing.
Characteristics of the processing
The purpose of the processing is to ensure the full functionality of the App, to provide the user with all its functions, and to ensure a high level of user experience.
Legal basis for processing: data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which the user, as the data subject, gives by opening the App and accepting this privacy policy of the Company.
Scope of the data processed:
The following data of the user are processed in the course of the operation of the App:
Method of data: storage: electronic.
Duration of processing: data are processed until the data subject's consent is withdrawn. Given that the processing is carried out within the scope necessary for the proper functioning of the App, the data subject may withdraw his or her consent to the processing by deleting the App or by disconnecting it from his or her mobile phone or other electronic device, as a result of which the use of the App will no longer be available to him or her until he or she gives further consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Transfer of data: the Company will not transfer personal data generated or available in the course of operating the App to third parties, nor will it disclose such data to the public.

Rights in relation to data processing
The user may request information about the data processed, request rectification if necessary, and exercise the right to restriction of processing, portability or erasure of data where the legal conditions are met.
You may lodge a complaint about our data processing with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1024 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C; www.naih.hu). You may also pursue your claim in court. The lawsuit may also be brought before the court of the place of residence or domicile of the data subject, at his or her choice.
The right to object
In the case of processing in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or a third party, the user has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data. In such a case, the Company or its processor may no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the user or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
